Dr. Justin grew up in Amery, Wisconsin as the youngest of three children. He has always had a calling to serve people; he loves getting to know his patients on a personal level and enjoys working with them to help them achieve their health and wellness goals and live healthy, pain-free lives.
Dr. Justin values the opportunity to work with patients of all ages, but he has always had a deep passion for sports. This passion has carried over into his professional career and focal areas of study. Justin completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin—Eau Claire (Go Blugolds) where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training. During his time in Eau Claire, he worked with athletes of all ages providing injury prevention, on-field emergency care, injury evaluation and diagnosis, and developing/carrying out rehabilitation programs for injured athletes.
Dr. Justin made the move to Minnesota in 2017 to continue his education at Northwestern Health Sciences University (NWHSU) and become a Doctor of Chiropractic. While at NWHSU, Justin completed his Doctor of Chiropractic degree with a Sports Emphasis and worked part-time providing emergency sideline coverage at sporting events for several high schools in the Twin Cities.
In his free time, Justin loves to spend time outside playing sports, hunting, fishing, camping, or just grilling out and playing yard games with friends or family. He currently lives in Inver Grove Heights with his wife, Rachel and their goldendoodle, Winston. He is extremely excited to become a part of the Stillwater community and looks forward to serving residents of the St. Croix valley through high quality chiropractic care.
Dr. D’s clinical knowledge is outstanding, and he is also compassionate and caring. He is motivating to help his patients achieve a level of wellness that focuses on quality of life. I would highly recommend Spine and Sport Chiropractic!!
